The White Light we’re talking about is an energy that comes from theHighest Power, God, Love, The Force, Creator, The One, All That Is.  The name is unimportant; call it whatever you like.

In a matter of a few well chosen minutes you can learn to do this process for yourself.  Once you’ve done it, all you have to do the next time is imagine it done and it will be.  Simple and quick.

To start, call in your energies, center yourself, relax and close your eyes.

Imagine poised above your head, a beam of white light.  This white light is like a crystal in that it’s made up of every color.  Slowly it enters through the top of your head, your crown chakra.

Imagine it drifting down through your head, your throat, the center of your body, down your arms, down your legs and your feet, continuing right down into the center of the earth and firmly grounding you.

And now the white light expands slowly and gently, expanding to fill every part of your body, every muscle, bone, vein, artery, every cell so that you’re totally filled with this pure, unconditional white light.  The light keeps coming and now with every cell and every pore filled the light streams out of your body surrounding you like a loving cocoon and forming a shield of protection, a protection of love.

No harm can come to you when you’re filled and surrounded by Love’s White Light.  Any negativity, any darkness simply dissipates in the Light.

Caution:  you can only fill yourself with White Light, that’s true.  But,you can surround any one, any object, any animal with White Light.  I always drive with my car surrounded in The Light.  You could also hand it out as blessings to people on the street or send it to troubled areas like Haiti or war zones.  Can you imagine if all politicians, members of Congress, and the President were constantly surrounded in White Light?  How about the leaders of other countries?  How about your loved ones, your friends, planes, trains, and automobiles?  The list is endless.

Such a simple process.  So quick and easy.  Every time we do it, we can spread a little more love, a little more peace in the world.
